Return Policy

Amarcord Vintage Fashion sells vintage (and select contemporary) clothing, jewelry, and accessories. The term vintage is defined as 20+ years old or older. Vintage items have survived years, decades, and often lifetimes of ownership and use. Please keep in mind that vintage and pre-owned contemporary items are not new, and therefore might possess some signs of age, wear, or use - these signs will be defined in the condition section of an item's description. AVF sometimes sells items that are "Deadstock"/"New Old Stock"- these particular items have never been used or worn, and may still have original tags attached - these items might also show signs of age. Purchasing a vintage item means you are obtaining a unique item that is rare and/or one of a kind.  AVF takes great care to meticulously review, measure, and describe all products being sold on this website.

All items sold by Amarcord Vintage Fashion are carefully selected for condition. Per our extensive knowledge and experience, all items sold on the AVF website are authentic. Amarcord Vintage Fashion is not and does not make any claim(s) to be affiliated with any of the brands/designers/manufacturers we carry online or in-store.

REFUNDS/STORE CREDITS:  Accepted returns seeking a refund to the original form of payment, may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Accepted returns that initially shipped for free may incur the deduction of the original shipping cost and/or return shipping costs upon return. Accepted returns seeking store credit will not be subject to the potential restocking fee, and will be issued a digital credit for the entire amount, minus shipping costs as mentioned above. In either case, any items accepted for return, must be received by Amarcord Vintage Fashion within 7 days of the return agreement.

CANCELLATIONS: Please note, once you place your order we are not able to cancel it. In the event of any accepted cancellations, the buyer will be subject to up to a 10% restocking fee. Unfortunately, all payment and credit card processors retain the processing fees that are taken immediately upon a processed payment - regardless of how fast an order is cancelled or whether or not an order has shipped. Understandably, we are a small business that cannot absorb this loss due to a cancellation that is no fault of our own. Please ask any questions you may have prior to completing your purchase - we are available via email or chat and we typically reply very quickly!
