Jean Paul Gaultier Vintage AW 2002 Optic Jacquard Multicolor Panel Wrap Skirt

Incredible vintage Jean Paul Gaultier skirt from Fall/Winter 2002, shown here documented on the runway. Pieced asymmetric flap panels, each with an amazing optic or geometric jacquard. An amazing combination of colors. Intentionally distressed/frayed edges. Cool exposed artisanal smocked stitching at the sides. Trimmed in brown leather at the waist, that loops through and wraps around to tie closed.
