Insanely amazing vintage 1980s dress by Arnold Scaasi. This incredible number comes in black mesh, ruched through the body. Trumpet silhouette with a flare at the knee. Skirt boasts many layers of tulle to enhance the volume. Primary multicolor flocked velvet dots adorn throughout, with large velvet and grosgrain ribbon bows that cover the backside zipper closure.
