Outstanding, rare vintage Yves Saint Laurent coat, circa mid 1980s, a Fourrures collection piece. This Western-inspired beauty comes in a soft and supple unusual green-tinged brown lambskin leather. A majorly soft, orangey-brown rabbit fur dyed to have the appearance of leopard spans the ultra wide sleeves, oversized collar, and upper bodice, which has hundreds of long, leather fringe overlaying. Leather snap epaulettes at each bold shoulder. Button up front closure with polished wood buttons. Self tie leather belt at waist. Roomy pockets at front hips. Brown quilted lining. An eccentric and fun statement piece.
