Ordering & Shipping
We accept most Credit Cards, ApplePay, or Paypal for payment.
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, and/or bank transfers.
All orders shipped within New York state will be subject to 8.875% NY sales tax.
We ship worldwide!
Domestic & International orders are packaged and shipped within 24-72 hours of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Orders: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Shipping or UPS with a 1-5 day delivery time once shipped.
International Orders: All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority method, or UPS. USPS First Class method comes with a tracking number that for some countries, can only be tracked up until the point that it leaves the US. Please allow 1-6 weeks for delivery depending on your location, and the method shipped. Please note that you are responsible for all VAT, import fees, duties, and taxes imposed by your country. You are welcome to upgrade to USPS Priority shipping, UPS, or FedEx delivery if you prefer full tracking, or would like to receive your items faster. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions regarding a delivery method or upgrade.
In-Store Pickup: For customers located in NYC, we do offer in-store pickup. When checking out, in the shipping options section please choose in-store pickup. At that time, you will be able to choose the date and time that works best for you. Please note: We only release items to be picked up that have been purchased and paid for through the online store. If you would like to take a look at an item prior to purchasing, you must make an appointment to preview the items either at our store location or at our showroom (depending on availability).
