We are absolutely head over heels for this incredibly rare, unbelievable vintage 1960s vest. Completely handmade, entirely of hundreds of captivating icy, light blue faceted plastic beads. Lattice likes design with two rows of dangling scalloped trim along the cropped edge. This unique piece truly shimmers and shines. Dual cornflower blue satin tie closures at front, with matching bead fringe at the ends. Never worn.
