1980s Vintage Artisan Handmade Black and Brown Rubber Net Bib Neck Piece Necklace

Rare and incredible handmade artisan neck piece from the late 1980s. This incredible piece serves as a necklace, neck piece, or bib, and the styling possibilities are endless. Insane, unique design that has ultra-thin, semi-opaque brown/black split rubber spots that fuse together elastic cord to form a 'net'. Break in the middle of the net so that you can pull it over your head for wear. Measurements: The entire net measures approx 22" x 22" when laid flat. The center open stretches from 8-10" longways and 3-9" on the shorter side so that you can pull it over. Front/side/back drop varies from 10-14" depending how you wear it. It's shown on a full scale dress form so you can get an idea of how it would look on.

Condition: Excellent overall condition. Minor signs of wear to the spots here and there, consistent with the overall look and feel of the piece.
