Comme des Garcons Vintage AW 1987 Black Wool Asymmetric Large Shawl Collar Coat

Rare, stunning vintage Comme des Garcons coat from Fall/Winter 1987. Similar, if not the same, shown here as part of No 97 le 10 Juillet 1987, shot by Peter Lindbergh.

• Incredible multi-way asymmetric coat that can be worn as shown on our mannequin, or otherwise can be belted under the left side of the coat to look like the editorial photo included here.
• Belt passage at left side allows for either over or under belting as mentioned above, and there is also a strap with button closure within to assist in holding it in place.
• Large off-set shawl collar that comes to a point at the backside.
• Jet black, soft wool.
• Flap pockets at hips.
• Fully lined in black nylon.
