Gorgeous and rare vintage Issey Miyake knit coat from Fall/Winter 1979, similar shown here on the runway.

• Medium-weight knit wool, designed to be worn open at the front.
• Large scale diamond pattern in shades of charcoal grey, red, burgundy, and maroon. 
• Sleeveless cocoon with rounded front that wraps and cascades to the back of the body.
• Attached, oversized sleeves that crossover at the backside, creating an opening between the body and the underam.
• Chunky, intricate knit at shoulders creating a strong silhouette.
  
• Unlined.
