Jackie Rogers Vintage 1990s Sheer Black Pleated Lace Strapless Dress

Incredibly gorgeous vintage dress from the 1990s by Jackie Rogers. Jackie began her design career after modeling and working for Coco Chanel - if you haven't heard of her you ought to look up her very interesting story. This beautiful piece comes in sheer black lace, pleated, using an unusual and amazing technique. Scalloped trim along the top and bottom. Stitched lines under the bust and at the waist. The dress is fully lined in sheer black georgette silk. There is also a light beige nylon liner that snaps in and can be removed if you choose. Dress hooks closed at back.

No Fabric Content Label - but there is silk, nylon, and the lace feels like a blend of cotton and synthetic.
