Rare and incredibly special vintage 1960s hat by Jacques Philippe. This is an insanely cool piece, embodying the essence of 1960s fashion. Rounded velvet upper with a shiny satin ribbon bow trimmer that almost feels like faux-leather. Attached, a wool neck piece that tapers toward the chest, curves the chin, and snaps closed at the front.
