Incredible and rare vintage Jean Paul Gaultier scarf, from Fall/Winter 1985, shown here documented on the runway. This piece clearly takes inspiration from military or utilitarian versions of the past. Burgundy quilted satin with attached black ribbon harness straps with adjustable buckles. Patch pockets at the underside. The styling possibilities are endless with this one! Never worn with original tag still attached.

Measurements: 102" Total Length, 17.25" Width
Condition: Fair condition WITH FLAWS. While this item is deadstock, never worn, with original tags still attached - it unfortunately is far from perfect, but we do feel the wear matches the style of the piece and is consistent with the look. There is a line of abrasions/holes across the front left side of the quilting. The black straps and pockets show snags, abrasions, and some holes. There's still a lot of life left in this piece, and it is still wearable with it's rustic charm.
