Ken Scott Vintage 1970s Blue Purple Seafoam Aqua Floral Star Print Shirt Dress
An incredible vintage dress by Ken Scott, circa 1970s. A former New Yorker, Ken Scott moved to Europe and began designing prints and fashion under both his name and the brand he founded in 1955, called Falconetto. Specializing in bright florals and vivid geometric prints, he became internationally renown - his prints highly recognizable. Gucci's current/recent collaboration using archival Ken Scott prints became a smash success. The vibrant colors on this piece are to die for and have Ken Scott written all over it - literally, the print is signed throughout. Hand printed, shades of seafoam, aqua, purple, pink and blue throughout the slightly strechy poly jersey fabric. Mixed floral and star/leaf print. Partial button up front with shiny gold KS inscribed buttons. Short, fixed cuff sleeves. Comes with matching fabric self tie belt that is optional - we love the idea of the belt being used as a neck bow or in your hair as well!
