Gorgeous vintage top by Koos van den Akker, from the early 1970s. Absolutely lovely, beautiful multicolor floral print on a black background. This blouse features a large draping capelet collar that extends into two extra long sashes that wrap around the body. This is an early piece from Koos, with the rare satin label.
