Incredibly cool vintage Koos van den Akker top from late 1970s/early 1980s. The most amazing combination of floral and graphic prints comprise this patchwork blouse in both silk and silk chiffon. Even the trimmings are floral! Fixed waist, with peplum style bottom. Keyhole/tie at neck. Zips at side. Dolman style sleeve with shirred, stretch cuffs. An amazing silhouette.
