Wonderful vintage 1990s hat by the legendary milliner, Philip Treacy. Softest and most luxurious combed wool in black, with a black leather band and large, intricate silk 'floral motif'. Asymmetric, off-set styling. Fully lined in midnight blue satin and rimmed in black grosgrain ribbon.
