Truly breathtaking vintage 1970s dress by George Stavropoulos. This dress is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning high quality mauve purple lace, lined in beige, white, purple, and then vibrant hot pink silk - all layering and working together to create the subtle undertone. Fitted bodice with high empire waist. Skirt bottom cut on the bias that flares toward the asymmetrical hem. Magnificent bishop sleeve that has a fullness accentuated by the cuff at the wrist. Standing puff at shoulders. Zip up back. Full length asymmetrical lace train attached at the neck. Heartbreakingly beautiful.
