Thea Porter Vintage 1971 Iconic Bohemian Mixed Floral Red Black Full Skirt Dress
Absolutely lovely and incredibly rare vintage dress by Thea Porter, circa 1969-1971, shown documented here. A highly sought after and collectible piece - even Kate Moss has one hanging in her closet. Thea Porter is known for her bohemian designs and mixing of prints - this dress is often referred to as the 'Gipsy'/'Gypsy' design. Solid black floral print bodice. Sheer red and blackish-blue floral print cotton voile sleeves and skirt panels - skirt is fully lined in red cotton voile as well. Full skirt that exhibits the most beautiful movement. Fixed waist with flattering seamed bodice that has a peek-a-boo lace part at the bust. Burnished gold metal trimming details. Snaps at cuffs. Zips at backside.

Recommended for size XS, please refer to measurements to ensure a proper fit.
Measurements: Bust 32-33", Waist 25 (26" MAX), Hip FREE, Length 53", Shoulder 14-15", Sleeve 17.5"
Condition: Fair wearable condition. Fair historic condition. The skirt has some pulls that are not raised but distort the print in places. There are some watermarks to the skirt lining and there is subsequent bleeding to the outer layer of the skirt. Honestly, these are both hard to notice when worn, truly. Metal has darkening. Signs of wear to the interior of the bodice that does not show when worn as it's on the inside.
