Adorable vintage Thierry Mugler dress from the late 1980s. Fitted, cross over surplice bodice with stitched detailing and snap closure at waist. The most incredible off-set collar that wraps the neck to form a fin at left side. Light blue chambray linen blend. Fluffy, full skirt, with complimentary fin shaped flap pocket at right hip. Lightly padded, powerful shoulder (removable if you wish). As chic as it is fun.
