Incredible and rare vintage Victor Costa gown, numbered, from 1989. This beautiful dress boats an easy breezy caftan silhouette. Off-white canvas style cotton with bright pink, blue-black, blue, green, and yellow detailing. Sleeveless body, with the most fabulous and quite literal flutter capelet sleeves intended to resemble butterfly wings! Zip up back closure. Pockets at hips. Original tag still attached, this beauty has never been worn.
