Stunning vintage lucite bag by Wilardy from the early 1950s. Will Hardy and his Wilardy handbags are considered the gold standard of these collectible treasures, and this bag will make you feel like you are carrying a true piece of art. Breathtaking shade of marine meets cerulean blue marbled lucite. Architectural swiveled handle suitable for hnd, wrist, or elbow carry. Incredible lift lock hinge closure with silver tone filigree flower that has a pearl adorning the center. An especially hard to find, extra large size, with spacious interior that accommodates any iPhone and so much more. Mirror at underside of the flap.

Condition: Excellent overall condition. Some minor surface scratches here and there throughout. Some whitening to some of the edges where the lucite is fused. Raised amoeba near the back corner on the left side (from manufacturing) that blends due to the finish. Mirror shows age/discoloration.
